He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tirso Maldonado Zuniga and Esperansa Rodriguez Arellano. He is survived by: his parents, Victor Maldonado and Dawn Marie Maldonado (Kernodle); his sister Arianna Maldonado; his brother-in-law Drew Bingham; and his grandparents, Alan Kernodle and Alice Kernodle. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins.

Contributions may be made to Ray Maldonado Memorial Fund at the Los Alamos Schools Credit Union.
