He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mutschlecner and Aurelia Mutschlecner. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, David, Timothy (Sarah) and Celia (Mark); his grandchildren, Audrey (Zachary), Megan (Parker), Elliott, Mathew (Caitlin), Anna (Andrew), Kevin (Sonny) and Robyne (Chris); and his sister Audrey. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given to the International Rescue Committee, or the UN Refugee Center.
