He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Valdez and Petronila Martinez; and his son Daniel Carlos Valdez Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Garibay Valdez; and his children, Genevieve Diane Valdez of Albuquerque, NM, Stephen Kenneth Valdez of Athens, GA, Andrew and Rosaria Valdez of Sierra Vista, AZ. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Daniel will be buried at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Albuquerque Friday, September 1st at 12 p.m.
