She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Mals and Betty Mals (Gosnell) of Dayton, OH.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Sheffield of Los Alamos, NM; her children, Nicole Allen (Jason) of Los Alamos, NM, Angela AlderseBaes (Jacob) of Los Alamos, NM and Michael Sheffield (Ginny) of Ann Arbor, MI; her grandchildren, Brayden, Eli, Wesley, Sebastian, Grace, Hendrix and Vaughn; and her brothers, Philip Mals (Deborah) and David Mals. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
