With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harriet Ella Malott of Lordsburg, New Mexico, who passed away on October 26, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bishop and Ruth Bishop; her in-laws, Paul and Ann Malott; her niece Deena White; her great-nephew Zane Ryan White; and her niece Allison Stephens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Renee Malott and Jennifer Lee Malott (Malott); her husband Art Malott; her son-in-law Chris Ellwood; her grandchildren, Kyle, Ashlyn Ellwood and Josh Gomez; her great grandchildren, Daniel and Eliza Gomez; her brother Sam Bishop (Elena) of Soquel, CA; her in-laws, Wilbur (Web), Jan Smartnick, Craig and Sandy Wood; her nephew Patrick Bishop; her great-nephews, Sam and Bennett; her great-niece Grace; her niece Jennifer Dianne Bishop (Merissa); her nephew Mike Smartnick (Deborah); her great-nieces, Jessica and Tara; her nieces, Nancy Middlebrook (Gary) and Caitlin O'Dougherty (Caitie); her nephew Jay Wood (Laura); her great-niece Charlotte; her great-nephew Logan Michael White (Jessica); and also Cael.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (332 E 3rd St, Lordsburg, NM 88045). A reception will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the James H. Baxter Civic Center (313 E 4th St, Lordsburg, NM 88045).
