She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Carlisle and Mary Carlisle; and her husband Thomas L. Babb. She is survived by: her children, Janet Babb of Volcano, HI and David L. Babb; and her significant other Kelley. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
