He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Mills and Laura Mills (Connally); his wife Winnie; his daughter Gayle Morris; his grandson David Blue; his sisters, Lula Harrison, Sara McClendon and Louise Mills; his son-in-law Ronnie Foshee; and his brother Ennis Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Mills of Logan, Linda Foshee of Littlefield and Daina Blue of Lubbock, Texas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and eleven great-great-grandchildren.
