He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rae Johnson; his children, Shay Ellis (Preston) of Buena Vista, CO, Lacey Wortman of Amarillo, TX, Kelsey Hernandez (Ventura) of Pampa, TX and John Punches of Amarillo, TX.; and his grandchildren, Garrett Ellis, Ashlynn Ellis, Taylor Wortman, Mirayah Wortman, Kyeson Hernandez, Yelena Hernandez, Rhyker Hernandez and Jacen Punches.
