She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Leon Martinez and Rosenda Tapia Martinez; her husband Curtis Daniel; her sons, Steve L. Chavez and Patrick Chavez; and her brothers, Prudencio Martinez, Frank Martinez, Jose L. Martinez, Jr. and Orlando Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Berna Chavez, Rose Archuleta of Las Vegas and Bill Daniel of Las Vegas, Nevada; her grandchildren, Marie (Chris), Paul (Celine), Annette (Andrew) and Kayla; her great grandchildren, Jazmine, Isaac and Elisa; her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Martinez, Faye Martinez of Las Vegas and Audrey Chavez of Las Vegas; and her cousins, Walter Padilla (Elizabeth) of Las Vegas and Lydia Tapia of Las Vegas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
