It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert M Romero of Las Vegas, New Mexico, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose D. Romero and Ofelia Gomez-Romero of Las Vegas, N. M.; his siblings, Remi Romero and Lore Lucero; his father-in-law Moises Solano; and his brothers-in-law, Lawrence, Eddie, Archie, Moises, Dennis and Leonard Solano.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Solano-Romero; his sons, Mathew Solano (Katie) of Las Vegas, NM, Adrian Romero (Robin) of Las Vegas, NM and Martin Romero (Melissa) of Trinidad, CO; his grandchildren, Lillian, Leandro Solano, Miranda and Mateo Salazar; his mother-in-law Lila Solano; his sisters, Patsy Paynter (Manuel), Maria Tarango (Manuel), Antonia Garduno (Danny) and Oralia Romero; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Solano (Ken), Joann Gomez (Silviano), Cristina Humrich (Michael), Maryann Ness (Phil), Marylue Bulinski, Cathy Keeney and Ruby Barrett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
