He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilde Herrera and Fidel Garcia; his in-law Eliza Esquibel; his sister-in-law Ignacita Esquibel; his siblings, Nellie Herrera, Seneida Bustos, Meliquias Garcia, Amado Garcia, Bobby Garcia and Joe "Tycoon" Garcia; and his daughter Linda Orozco.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Esquibel; his children, Ralph Daniel Garcia (Rachel), Abraham Garcia (Kristen), Elizabeth Garcia and Juan Gabriel Garcia; his siblings, Caroline Cornejo, Anna Baca (Jimmy), Luis Garcia (Viola) and Bernie Garcia (Teresita); his in-laws, Orlando Esquibel (Audrey) and Ramona Torres; his grandchildren, Alma, Elaine, Emma, Lucas, Cambria, Isabella, Orlando, Zayde and Amir; and his godchildren, Randy, Dolores, Tino and Jesse James.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (403 Valencia St, Las Vegas, NM 87701). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (1 Gallegos Rd, Las Vegas, NM 87701).
