She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Van Horn; and her sister Betty Hilbert of Rockaway, NJ. She is survived by: her son Fred Van Horn (Tony); and also Brandon Van Horn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First United Presbyterian Church to which she had devoted her life.
