He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Guadalupe Pacheco; his grandparents, Justo C. Pacheco and Melinda V. Pacheco; and his brothers, Henry Richard Pacheco and Arensio "Archie" Anaya.
He is survived by: his sister Mia Pacheco; his sister-in-law Emily Pacheco; and his nephews, Jonathan Trujillo, Joshua, Adam Smith and Kevin Padilla.
