She was predeceased by: her parents, Isidro Lucero and Elena Lucero (Saiz); her son Joseph Walter Lucero (Wanda) of Las Vegas; her siblings, Eloy Lucero, Jose "Smiley" Lucero and Diane Romo; her brother-in-law Baltazar "Buzzy" Romo; and her niece Josefita Romo.
She is survived by: her son Anthony "Tony" Garcia; her grandchildren, Lynette Castillo (Matthew) of Enterprise, Joline Lucero of Las Vegas, Cassandra Lucero of Las Vegas, Abel Harris (Laura) of Las Vegas and Andrea Harvey (Randale) of Anchorage; and her nieces and nephews, Fred Lucero (Nancy), Catarino Romo, Casemiro Romo, Angelo Romo, Esmeralda Romo, Elena Lucero, Eloy Lucero and Fabian Lucero.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Holy Family Cemetery.
