He is survived by: his parents, Jose Palemon Chavez and Susan Montoya; his siblings, Joseph F Chavez, Stephanie Chavez, Clare (Alex Romero) and Mary Jo (Kyle Baird); his children, Andrea, Jonathan, Alissa of Kirsten, JP, Kendra Watson and Kyana Martinez; his grandchildren, Landyn Chavez and Megan Romero; the mothers of children, Louella Martinez and Sharon Montano; and his girlfriend Amanda Patron.
