He was predeceased by: his grandmother Antonia Trujillo. He is survived by: his significant other Alisa; his children, Adrian, Michael Trujillo and Heavenly Trujillo; and his siblings, Phyllis Urioste (Ruben), Heather Henry (Marueen), Tasha Archuleta, Ryan, Devin and Ronnie Trujillo. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
