He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Atkins (Warfield) of Las Vegas; and his children, Cynthia Bergman of Centralia, WA, Everett "Lee" Atkins of Brady, Phillip Warfield Las Vegas (Anita) and John Warfield of Colorado Springs. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
