She is survived by: her son Martin Sandoval (Connie) of Bosque Farms, NM; her granddaughters, Marisela and Isabela Sandoval; and her siblings, Victor Sandoval (Alicia) of LeDoux, NM, Ernesto Sandoval (Dorothy) of La Tewa, NM, Edward Sandoval of La Tewa, NM., Jane Sandoval of La Tewa, NM, Vicky (Adolfo Roybal) of Las Vegas, NM and Christina Montoya of La Tewa, NM. She is also survived by her family, friends, animals.
A rosary was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (403 Valencia St, Las Vegas, NM 87701). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that pine trees be planted in the Las Dispensas Hermits Peak/Calf Canyon fire burn scar as a tribute to her love for the land.
