He was predeceased by: his mother Ollie Jeffrey; and his grandparents, Homer, Mary C. Jones, Loyd and Ethel Marie Jeffrey.
He is survived by: his father David Jeffrey; his son Tommy (Janaya); his grandchildren, Avery, Emery, Emberly and Tommy Jr.; his siblings, Sharon (Jessie), DaveJr and Loyd (Monique); and his nieces and nephews, Amerette, Kelvin, Kevin (Mari), Racquel (Danny), Dezaree, Aleah, Daniel, Christopher (Cierra) and Elena. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and cousins.
