She is survived by: her brother Adolfo Roybal (Vicky); her children, Gloria Roybal (Lor) and Bernie Noel; her grandchildren, Raymond Velasquez (Jennifer), Victor Velasquez (Heather), Adam Noel and Jordan Noel; and also Jennifer (Cleo). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
