With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Windsor of Las Vegas, New Mexico, born in Boonville, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Barbara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Benton and Gladys Benton (Nevins); and her sister Delores Ann Benton. She is survived by: her husband Gillis Jack Windsor; her sister Shirley Delbert of Columbia, MO.; and her niece Jennifer Boone (Perry).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Atchison Humane Society and may be sent in care of Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home.
