He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brown Conroy, Jr. and Veronica Nash Conroy; his wife Patricia Mary Ratigan Conroy; his grandson Noah Mullenix; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Ratigan Benedict (Ben Benedict), Mary Ratigan Toomer (Nick Toomer), Charlie Smith and John Hugh Ratigan, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Greer (David) of Albuquerque, NM, Michael Conroy (Glenda) of Castle Rock, CO, David Conroy (Sally) of Lubbock, TX, Carol Gallagher (Ronny) of Lubbock, TX and Kevin Conroy (Neetha) of Westminster, CO; his grandchildren, Gina, Joseph, Sophia, Michelle (Anthony), Chris (Marie), Jessica, Lindsey, Tirey (Amy), Nathan (Rebecca), Maegan, Erin (Adam) and Cory (Kaitlyn); his sister Judy Riordan (Jerry) of Syracuse; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Ratigan Smith, Margie Bannister, Nancy Ratigan and Donal Ratigan (Cathy). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
