It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Tolliver Duke of Las Cruces, New Mexico, who passed away on April 2, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Hill and Emma Hill; her husband Owen Duke; and her sister Jeline (Bobby). She is survived by: her children, Larry Tolliver (Martha) of Las Cruces, Martin Tolliver (Dianne) of Las Cruces and Jeannie Rowlett (Nate) of Mill City; and her stepson Jerry Duke (Cheryl) of El Paso, TX.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
