He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Salvador and Cruz Palacios; and his sister Felicia Guzman. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Palacios and Mike Palacios (Lori); his children, Zalayah, Santiago and Exodus; his grandparents, Ruth Mizrahi and Peter Mizrahi (Kathy); and his siblings, Roger Palacios, Cristina Jaime, Vanessa Mendez (Jose), Michael Villasenor (Melissa), Veronica Olivias (Mike) and Felisha Molina (Steven). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
