She was predeceased by: her parents, R. T. Riley and Thelma Riley. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Noe of Las Cruces, NM; her son Scott Noe (Shelly) of Las Cruces, NM; her grandchildren, Catelin Miller (Jeremy) of El Paso, TX and James Noe (Amira) of Las Cruces, NM; and her brother Richard Riley (Sissy) of Phoenix, AZ.
