He was predeceased by: his parents, Filomeno Marin and Josefina Lucero; his wife Delia Bernal Marin; his daughter Diana Zepeda; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Marin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Ann Marin and JoAnn Marin; and his sister Margaret Maruffo.
