He is survived by: his parents, Socorro V. Gonzalez and Ruben Chavarria Sr.; his sister Sonya Chavarria; his brother-in-law Ernest Ontiveros; his brother Tommy Chavarria; his sister-in-law Pat Sermeno; his sister Alexia C. Gonzalez; his nieces, Victoria Gonzalez (Mario Marquez) and Genesis Gonzalez (Dominique Martinez); his great-nephew Silas Marquez; and his extended family, Sal, Elizabeth Montoya, Amanda Diaz, Bobby Hughes and Jorge Ynosensio.
