He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Fulton and Betty L. Fulton; his sister Brenda K. Osborne; and his grandparents, Thurman, Florence Fulton, Earl, Melba Fischer, John and Lizzie Meyer.
He is survived by: his children, Travis J. Fulton (Addie) of Scott City, KS. and Kacie L. McKinney (Jace) of Scott City, KS.; his stepdaughters, Sabrina Reyes (Andrew) of Coppell, TX, Leah Tucker of Eagle, ID and Ericah Schmucker of Alexandria, VA.; his wife Mary; his grandchildren, Dylan Fulton, Josh Fulton, Derek, Noah McKinney, Isabella, Seth Reyes, Christian and Ethan Schmucker; and his sister Karen Terry (Tim) of Linn Creek, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
