He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Blair (Dick) and Beverly Blair (Garrison); his stepparents-in-law, Marilyn and Doug; his siblings-in-law, Patty Jennings (Berryman) and Dan Berryman; and his nephew Jonathan Blair.

He is survived by: his wife Fredda; his son Richard Neil (Lori Blair); his grandchildren, Amber Lynn of Albuquerque, NM, Alan Lee of Albuquerque, NM and Alex Richard of Albuquerque, NM; his siblings, Cyndee Carlo of Phoenix, AZ, Mike (Debbie Blair) of Sparta, TN, Teri (Mike Silvestri) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Scott Blair of Las Cruces, Kent Blair of Ft. Wayne, IN, Craig Blair of Avila, IN and Kelly McAllister of Apache Junction, AZ.; and his siblings-in-law, Doug (Rhonda Berryman) of Las Cruces, NM, Joel (Tish Berryman), Shelley (Eric Petersen), Tim Jennings of Roswell, NM and Rosanna Vazquez Berryman of Ignacio, CO.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews & numerous dear & very close friends.

A memorial service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Getz Funeral Home.

In Lieu of flowers the family asks to make donations to American Cancer Society or a Charity of your choice.
