He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudia Ruth Ball and Rex Washburn Ball; and his daughter Shannon Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his daughter Kristen Marie; and his siblings, Bill, John and Cathy.
