She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cheek and Ellen Hario Cheek; and her siblings, Bill, Margaret, Jack and Jerry.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Mott; her brother James Cheek (Freda); her daughters, Kathi Osorio (Juan), Kelli Mott and Kim Moates (Steve); her grandchildren, Brandi Lane (Cody) and Andres Osorio; and her great grandchildren, Roman and Ciara.
