He was predeceased by: his parents, Robbie Miller and Keith Duke Miller Sr.; and his grandparents, Charles (Papa) and Mary Miller (Gigi). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Mariah Miller and Kelsey Vigil (Johnny); his siblings, Kelly Miller, Charles Miller (Gab), Kevin Miller (Pam) and Marty Martin; his grandchildren, Syla, Leon, Christopher, Penelope, Zakariah James Duke, Mikaela and Ezekiel; and his stepchildren, Ben Barnett (Jeni), Erin Roy (Starson), Chris Frye and Michael Frye (Marissa). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
