He was predeceased by: his father Jack Ruttle. He is survived by: his mother Carlene Ruttle (Miller); his siblings, Leslie (Tim), Karen (Russell), Jim (Denise) and Jeff (Sandy); and his nieces and nephews, Alex, Quinten (Kristy), Owen, Sidney (Cody), Shelby (Marc), Kailene, Lucas, Carson, Bonnie and Jaden. He is also survived by eight great-nephews and nieces.
