He is survived by: his wife Mary (Biggins); his grandson Brian Caruthers (Esmeralda); his children, Sam (JR), Jessika, Lexi (Tyler) and Justin (Anna); his grandson Corey Purcell (Allen); his children, Calvin and Kelsey Jordan (David); his grandchildren, Allie, Katy, Dave and Jake Caruthers (Cassie); his sons, Levi and John Caruthers (Morgan); his grandchildren, Haven, Mattie Jo and Jaxson; his sisters, Mary Lansford (Kurt) and Jeana Caruthers; his niece Krystal Caruthers; and his mother-in-law Mary Biggins.
