He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Wagner and Sophie Wagner. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Dean of Las Cruces, Margie, Richard Reese of Leesville, Cissy, Dennis Moses of De Ridder, Joe Giovanni of Arkansas and Sue Bornholdt of Leesville; and his brother-in-law Ed Hughs of Las Cruces. He is also survived by his family.
