We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2021, at the age of 86, James Murray Covey (Las Cruces, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Louise Covey; his siblings, Ray Melton Covey Sr. and Sherry Lee Covey Wright; and his grandson Jacob Covey. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Louise Covey (NM), Robert Carlton Covey (Kimberley), Marshall Adam Covey (NM), James Murray Covey Jr. (Rhonda) and Donna Lee Covey (OR); his sisters, Susan Lynn Nixon (AZ) and Penelope Beckenbach-Cichocki (AZ); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Covey, Carey Lynn Speirs, Jess Moody Black (Juliana), Chance Covey Black (Isela), Camille Rose Covey, Meagan Joan Covey, Miles Murray Covey, Davis Ray Covey, Austin Elijah Covey and Jaime Cash Covey. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
