She is survived by: her husband Rafael Zubiate; and her children, Lorrie Ann Ozaeta (Adolfo), Kim Zubiate (Sam), Shane Jenkins (Anabel), Caroline Telles (Carlos), Shanda Zubiate, Nicole Delgado (Leo) and Sarah Zubiate (Anthony).
