He is survived by: his children, Laura Whipple (Rich), Vikki Martinez (Las Cruces), John Martinez (Lea Ann) and Rio Rancho (Eloy Martinez Jr.); and his sisters, Monica Torres and Mercedes Delgado. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
