He is survived by: his children, Xavier Edward Acosta (Rebecca) of Las Cruces and Catherine Lorraine Russo (Jason) of Silver City; and his grandchildren, Joshua Baeza, Evangeline Acosta Villalpando (Robert), Veronica Acosta Dominguez (Edgar) and Elizabeth Acosta Martinez (Jose).
