He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Harry Phillips and Zina Chipman Murdock. He is survived by: his wife Mary Marwedel Phillips; his daughters, Rebecca Romero, Kristine Carpenter (Kim) and Gretchen Barlow (James); his grandchildren, Jessica Tanner, Jackson Burns, Ben and Trent Barlow; and his sisters, Beth Steen (Tim) and Ann Coker. He is also survived by his loving wife, daughters, grandkids, nieces, nephews, and friends.
