He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Kitchens and Evelyn Kitchens. He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn; and his children, Jennifer, Benjamin and Rebecca. He is also survived by his 2 sons-in-law, along with 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 2 grand-daughters-in-law and two "adopted" daughters.
