He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kiser and Ardith Kiser. He is survived by: his children, Lucas Kiser and Lindsey Kiser; his grandsons, Morgan Kiser and Liam Kiser; his wife Peggy Ballard Kiser; and his brother Dan Kiser (Jerine). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
