Calvin Claud Bailey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Calvin Claud Bailey of Las Cruces, New Mexico, who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Calvin Claud Bailey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bailey and Mildred Bailey; and his siblings, Ophelia, Viola, Wilma, Oda Fay, Bud, Walt, Kenneth and Fran.
He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Scott (Shawna) of Las Cruces and Becky Tucker (Toby) of Dallas, TX.; his grandchildren, Sarah, Savannah Bailey of Las Cruces, Tavin and Landon Tucker of Dallas, TX.; his sisters, Maureen Young of Clovis, NM and Pearl Cavasos of Moriarty, NM; his nephew Johnny Anderson (Las Cruces); and his adoptive daughter Mary Morgan of Las Cruces. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum (4100 Dripping Springs Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88011).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Mexico State University Animal and Range Science Department, a place Calvin called home for many years.
