She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ramsey and Bertha Ramsey; and her brothers, James Ramsey and Bobby Ramsey. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Laney (Hickman); her granddaughters, Emily Hickman and Lyndsey Hickman; her great grandchildren, Braydon Harris and Lance Hickman; her sisters, Willie Champ (Ramsey) and Joyce Denton (Ramsey); her children, Darren Hickman and Jamie Hicks (Hickman); and her granddaughter Kristen Moody. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
