She is survived by: her children, Joe Hernandez (Denise), Susie Valles (Johnny), Carlos Hernandez (Lori) and Megan Stephanie Hernandez (Albert); her grandchildren, Ivan (Yesenia), Jovi (Josh), Briyana, Valerie (Martin), AJ, Victoria, Maritza, Damien, Ariana, Carlos Jr., Ashley, Desirae, Gabriel, Jojo, Maya, Lily and Eli; her great grandchildren, Kayliana, Taylor, Xavier, Aiden and Jeremiah; and her siblings, Chito (Connie), Eva (Benjamin), Lucy (Raul), Ana (George) and Lorena. She is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and many family and friends.

She was the foundation of the beautiful family she created.
