She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen and Bernard; and her sisters, Francine and Diane. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Amy Welch (Jurca) and Michael Jurca (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Nicholas Welch and Maia Jurca; her siblings, Eugene (Audrey Drajem), Michael (Lynn Drajem) and Cynthia Havernick (Jim); and her sister-in-law Eileen Henry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
