She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Vesper Helmsing and Ruth Alice McCoy Helmsing; her husband Donald M. Culbertson; and her sister Marilyn L. Hofmann. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Culbertson; her son-in-law Richard T. Bryant; her grandson Tyler Shropshire; and her pet Cooper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her honor may be made to the Humane Society of the United States or the Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico.
