He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Ogaz Lucero and Evangelisto Lucero (Lito); his siblings, Angie Lucero and Raymond Lucero; his son Henry Lucero; and his grandson-in-law Ernie Capoldi.
He is survived by: his children, Dolores Lucero and Albert Lucero; his wife Ana; his grandchildren, Sebring Lucero (Jennifer), Yvonne Capoldi, Yvette Lucero, Savonne Lucero, Jacob Rodriguez (Thea), Kristin Kimmelman (David) and Samantha Steritz; and his siblings, Lito and Bertha Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family have asked that donations be made to La Posada, at 299 E. Montana, Las Cruces, NM 88001.
