She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Sylvester; and her daughter Shelby Heiden. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Michael (Jimmy), Jackie Stahlecker (Paul) and Dennis Sylvester. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
