He was predeceased by: his mother Jennie Martinez; and his nieces, Gianna Martinez and Megan Whipple. He is survived by: his wife Jody Martinez; his children, Jasmine Kilgo-Martinez and Nick Martinez; his father Eloy Martinez; his siblings, Laura Whipple, Vikki Martinez, Gina Morales, Eloy Martinez Jr. and John Martinez; and his grandchildren, Julien Martinez, Joshua Kidd and Jocelyn Kidd.
